From speaking to a clear brief

In issue #26 of 4all Weekly Radar, we highlighted how Denisa Hrubešová of Forendors and Michaela Raková of 52pages use AI by voice. They give it tasks, comment on presentations and talk through ideas to clarify their thinking.

The common thread is a simple start. Instead of searching for the perfect wording, describe the situation in your own words first, then refine the output you want.

How to put it to work

When trying voice prompts, keep three things in mind: what you are solving, whom the result is for and what it should look like. Rather than asking only for a presentation, describe its audience, purpose and key message.

Finally, ask the system to summarise the brief. You can check whether it understood the context before it starts the task. The finished result still needs your review.
